So, I’m training to be a chef. Today I had the amazing opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with 2 of my idols. I was making food to a quality I have never made before, and getting taught by some seriously amazing chefs. Man, life sometimes just turns itself around before you realise what’s happening.
